Refund policy

Items must be returned to our warehouse for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• All apparel, footwear, and accessories must be unworn, in original condition, and free of any marks.
• Original packaging must be included, including shoe fillers, shoebox, and dust bags.
• All returns must be lodged via our return portal, which can be found on our returns page.

A return label will be provided via the return portal. Exchanges are complimentary. For refunds, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted.
